CaSServ was formed in mid 2004 when its principal, Peter Walsh, left Standards Australia after nearly 30 years. Since that time, it has undertaken a number of projects in areas as diverse –

Internationally – as the administrative restructuring of the Vietnam government department covering standards, metrology and conformity assessment and a review of the metrology, accreditation and conformity assessment needs of the Pacific Islands, and
Nationally – as a review of the processes and procedures used to develop pathology testing standards and the development of a national approach to reform the State and Territory based regulatory arrangements for the safety of electrical equipment.
